HE SKIPPED TOWN! I hired him for an entire house renovation project because he claimed he could do it. I spent about $60,000 that he claimed the majority was going towards materials and labor. Turns out he was paying very little or nothing at all to his sub contractors, buying the cheapest materials designed to fail in a few months, and now my house is falling apart and he is nowhere to be found. BE WARNED!

My search led us to Simple Roofing and I called Gino Michaels. He spent over half an hour explaining the major and minor points of roof systems. Since we had not yet even been to the house, Mr. Michaels offered to go and inspect the roof and give us an evaluation and cost estimate. He called me back a few days later told us the roof was in very good condition and needed only minor repairs for some worn items. This was done over the phone: DONE DEAL. And, by the way, his inspection was after storms Helene and Milton and the winter rains of November and early December!!! We commend Gino Michaels and Simple Roofing for doing the work in a professional manner and for their guarantee. Simple Roofing has a new customer.

Gino responded quickly, educated me on roofing mechanics and gave a very fair and reasonable price. Gino did the work, took before and after pictures and cleaned up everything and was a true gentleman. I highly recommend him !

I would highly recommend Gino. Heâ s honest, does great work, is on time and accountable but most of all, heâ s trust worthy. Iâ ve been a home owner for over 20 years and so have had plenty of opportunities to hire contractors for various projects. Gino is among the top for great experiences. You canâ t go wrong if you hire him for your roofing project.
