Highly professional, Very responsive, know what he's doing and explained everything in detail . I had a very large project. a large two story home with oversize two car attached garage, Large long farmers porch and a back deck. I showed Dan ISSUES, PROBLEM AREAS, STAINS AND MOLD, That had to be cleaned the best possible. He explained what he could do. Dan Complied to all i just about demanded and himself works like a machine. Also things he said like gutters with come back almost 90% back like new. His 90% is more like they look brand new. He is a true professional & proves it in his work.

Dan Simone was quick to respond to my request. We set up an appointment only 3 days away. When he got here my husband and I were very impressed with his manner and that he explained what he does and what we should expect for results. Then he went to work. He has all the proper equipment with him, all he needed from us was a water connection. He was careful of all my plantings close to the house. He finished in very reasonable time. We are very happy with the results. We definitely recommend him.

I highly recommend Dan Simone. He arrived early to clean the siding and roofs of my house, garage, and cabana. Also did my concrete pool deck and patio, as well as my 15 yr. old stockade fence. He was very professional and likeable. I had to leave after he arrived to babysit my grandchild & when I returned home late that day I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw my home and back yard, restored after many years to its original beauty, & my cedar fence looks brand new.
