Simone pressure washing is a good choice. Dan arrived early. He worked nonstop for 3 hours and kept the same flat rate we agreed on. He pointed out any problems with the siding that power washing cannot fix to bring to my attention. He also pulled out pineneedles from the gutters that I had not expected to be done. He has good customer repoire as well as great work ethics.

Dan arrived early and went straight to work...He was more than thorough and I will use him in the future..Would not hesitate to recommend him . Best power washing experience I've had!!!

Dan was at our home on time, extremely courteous and very efficient in power washing our cement deck. I am very impressed with his work and I have asked him to come out to our home, on an annual basis, in order to maintain the appearance of the deck.

Dan was extremely courteous and professional. He came on time and worked very hard to get our old tired vinyl siding to sparkle. Our home was larger than he thought but he stuck to his estimate to the dime which was an extremely fair price. No hesitation to call him back!!!

Dan was very professional and polite. He took pictures of the roof to show me the condition. He called to let me know when he would arrive. Dan definitely takes pride in his work as demonstrated in the roof clean up he did for me. I highly recommend him!
