Marc Simonelli installed glass tile backsplash which I already had. When he did the walkthrough for the estimate he said he would install on one day and return the next to seal the grout on the backsplash. On the day of installation he told my wife the backsplash didn't need sealing. I subsequently phoned him and he promised to "check the grout specifications" and then schedule a time to do the sealing. I just spoke to him and he told me that the grout doesn't need sealing. On the day of service he almost left without cleaning and sealing the grout in the pantry, laundry and two baths.
