Had a bathroom floor replace with new tile. I have hardwood floors and they were covered and the clean up after was excellent. The new 24x24 tile looks great. I would highly recommend Simonelli Tile & Stone.

When I told Marc I was on a short timeline to get the tile installed, he was able to get me on his schedule early. The work was done in a professional manner, his employees cleaned up at the end of the day and finished the job earlier than I expected. He even worked at helping us with repairing a broken tile on the shower at no additional charge. He worked to come up with a solution to try and save us money so we wouldn’t have to replace all the tile on the face of the shower. That is customer service.

Exceptional work installing marble around our fireplace.looks gorgeous. Was a lot of precision and hard work. Was done professionally and in a timely manner. Well worth the money.

Overall they did an excellent job. My one complaint is they could have done a better job cleaning up. Other than that it turned out better than anticipated.

They missed their first appointment and never called. Contractors should realize that it is much better to call to inform the customer that they can't make the appointment so the customer can stop waiting for them to come and allow them to do something else with their day. When they did come on the second appointment, they did a good tiling job and completed in one day.

I'm sorry about your experience. Since you didn't leave your name I cannot go back to see what happened. We pride ourselves on being on time and if not calling ahead. This must have been a misunderstanding about our installation start date and I do apologize for that.

Good experience, showed up on time, final product looks great. Cleaned up fairly well and did haul away extra trash. The business' advertising showed that they accept visa/mc. Only told at the last minute that they don't. That was ok for me, but might be a problem for some.
