Cilvano contacted me almost immediately and offered to come to assess the job within 30 minutes of our phone conversation. While I thought the price was higher than anticipated (compared to another quote I had), he was available to do the job on the spot. Within 3 hours, he and his crew thinned, trimmed, and cut off about 1/3 of a towering pine tree. To finish, they blew debris off my roof. I am very pleased with how well the job turned out and glad they were able to do the job right away...One nagging thing off my to-do list. I hope to use them to prune my fruit trees in the future.

My mom hired Silva crew who took the time to listen what she wanted done and provided her great customer service. There was one mishap they failed to mention to me was that I noticed my bird bath stand was missing the glass turtle bird bath dish that always laid on top. It was there the night before because it has a solar light and it was there that morning. Then I looked down and noticed pieces of glass. I guess what happened is they might of accidentally knock it over walking thru with the big palm branches. They swept up most of the glass but I still found the remnants of it. It's fine it was a portable little $45 bird bath. I just would have liked for them to have mentioned it to my mother before they left. Aside from that thier work was great!

The appointment was at 10:30 and he arrived at exactly 10:30. Very prompt. He did an excellent job and I am very happy.

This was a great experience- I submitted a request for a quote, got a call within 10 min, they showed up within 30 minutes to give an estimate, and had the job done within the hour. We had one very tall palm tree that needed to be removed, they were professional and efficient. Had a whole crew ready to work!
