Steve Overgard is an amazing resource. He came recommended to us by our real estate broker, and we started with a small job and have continued to go to him for bigger and bigger jobs. Steve and his team are exceptional craftsman and provide a high level of service. It seems there is nothing they can’t do and do well. Highly recommend.

Signature Craft responded within a few hours to do emergency repairs and final repairs after my insurance settled. Steve Overgard and his team replaced non functioning over sized windows in the house I bought that was partially renovated. These were 9x5 three panel picture windows over looking the water. The team measured, ordered custom windows, and installed them perfectly. They matched the paint color for the wide sill and frame. They completed all the finishing without any blue tags needed. I will use them again.

Steve and his crew did a phenomenal job replacing all the wood that was damaged in the crawl space. The house was in the middle of selling and these unknown defects were identified during the buyer’s home inspection and we were so concerned we would have a hard time getting these repairs handled in time. We knew this would be a big job. Hiring Signature Craft made this a breeze. They inspected and took videos and explained the process very clearly.
