We had had work done previously by a different company, but they did not do a complete seal of the cracks. Signature saw that right away and knew how to truly seal the leaks. Prompt, courteous, and professional.

I was told that several plants and bushes would have to be removed & transplanted. The Foreman said all of the previous didn't have to be done. And the job didn't take near as long. In fact it took about half the time. but they didn't offer to cut the price at all.

Very satified with the waterproofing as provided by this company. I had a concrete sidewalk poured and some sealant applied to various areas of the house foundation to prevent water from coming in the basement. It worked. There was a settling crack on the surface of concrete that upset me and my representative did come to inspect it. I would use this company again.

The first thing I liked was the direct communication on the project. Signature was always on top of sending info and answering questions. The best thing, though, was the estimates; sent via a PDF file via email - and very detailed; he didn't leave anything out!
