Outstanding customer service. The customer service reps were involved throughout the move. Also, the crew that loaded my household goods in Glendale, CA were friendly, responsive, and very particular with the loading process. Outstanding!

Eddie, Kris, and Kevin moved me from a two bedroom apartment with lots of random stuff. I really like each of them--a sweet and helpful bunch of people. They were in good spirits throughout which put my mind at ease. I was still a little stressed with everything going on but the movers definitely helped and were willing to help however I needed.

My move was already a few days ago and today I got a survey that shleppers sent me to get feedback on my move. This is a great thing to do and shows me how seriously they take their business. In my case the survey was really positive. All of the movers they sent (5 men and 1 woman) seemed really experienced. They worked well together to get my furniture wrapped up and they brought tons of boxes to pack up my kitchen and garage. That was my big concern before the move--that they wouldn't have enough material for all my stuff. I donâ t think Iâ m a hoarder but I have lots of stuff. I told Jamie my salesperson that I had lots of stuff and she assured me theyâ d prepare for it and they did. Thank you to the team.

My aunt needed to move from CA to NJ, and I contacted several moving companies to help her find the best service. After speaking with a few companies I called Shleppers and spoke to Michael. Immediately I had a good feeling, as he was extremely professional and helpful. After going over the inventory and receiving the quote, I decided to hire Shleppers. Even though they were not the lowest price, and certainly not the highest, I thought they would provide the best service for such a long distance move without worries. And they did not disappoint. The movers showed up on time and were extremely professional. The foreman and crew worked thoroughly and efficiently, making sure to wrap the leather sofas, recliners, and other delicate objects. Everything arrived in NJ right on schedule and was unloaded with the same efficiency and professionalism. No hidden surprises or fees. I would recommend Shleppers to anyone looking for a fantastic moving experience.

Moving is always a miserable experience and my expectations are always low when I move. But my experience with Shleppers was top notch. The movers were polite and accommodating. They were very careful packing and handling my furniture. It just goes to show that you get what you pay for!

Shleppers Did a great job with my move. I needed my house and garage cleaned out to prepare for a move and they sent incredibly helpful, lovely guys to assist. After packing everything, they took the items to their warehouse and I've been able have individual items delivered whenever necessary. They are always reasonable and willing to go the extra mile. I also like that there is always someone to answer the phone--even if just to take a message, I always get a human being on the line, which is nice.

I had an incredible experience with them. They are the most professional moving company I have dealt with and I have moved several times.
