This was a really great experience. Art and Bob are meticulous in their work. They completed our project on time and budget, and were very sensitive to having everything cleaned up very tidily. Art made a follow-up visit, at no charge, to give me a tutorial on how to use our surveillance cameras. I would certainly recommend them to anyone considering a security project.

I was very pleased with the effort that was made to not have exposed wiring and cleaning up their work areas at job completion. I found them on the internet and consider myself to be lucky to find people dedicated to quality workmanship. I would recommend them to everyone.

We got multiple quotes and although Shield was not the cheapest, I felt that their experience shinned through. The experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Art came over and listened to our needs and then recommended a three camera system. The installation was professional (completed by Art and Bob over a day and a half), they listened to and answered every question, wore shoe covers in the house. They even installed a way to plug in the UPS system, provided us a wireless mouse, and are responsive to any questions we've had after the installation. I highly recommend hiring Shield Security of the Greater Lehigh Valley. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

The reps. Where courteous & went the distance to locate the necessary part to finish installing the cameras so I wouldn't have to pay extra... The cameras are great & very clear. I m satisfied
