Great work and work ethic. The project was finished in the time frame that was promised and for the more than fair price that was quoted. I couldn't be happier with the new porches. I would definitely recommend Shawn and the Home Doctor.

This project was well executed and a great job was done. Workers communicated well with me but there were issues with time management. Overall I was satisfied with the job. Clean up of all debri was ensured. Thank you home doctor.

Shawn comes across as a helpful, knowledgeable, fair person and businessman, but this was not the case in my job. The contracted job was to complete deck repair and replace the deck staircase. The deck work is shoddy, with cuts that are not square and spindles that are crooked and not spaced correctly. His crew built a set of stairs that were unlevel and that missed the landing. When I asked to fix, he removed the stairs and refused to rebuild stairs as contracted. Shawn has refused to build the correct staircase and come back to complete contracted work. I never leave reviews, but I have lost so much money and time and aggravation with Shawn I really do not want anyone to go through this.

All I have to say is the home owner just doesn't want to pay for her job we finished and completed our contract she stayed outta town the entire time we did the job then came home 1 day to argue and throw us off her property cause she didn't want to pay and then took off on a weeks vacation to Florida she had a gentleman that we didn't no come there and try to pay us half of what we had coming by contract ( which is illegal) then wanted different stairs built that we couldn't build cause they would fail code and we could have been sued end of story customer just didn't want to pay period.
