Joe and his crew were great. Joe came over with in a day of my request and explained everything. He didn't try to sell us anything we did not need. His crew was very respectable and they had everything done in a very timely manor. We would highly recomend Joe again .

I would absolutely recommend Joe/Shark Pools. My pool had been neglected for about 15 years, and it was to say the least, a huge challenge. The pool was in such bad shape, there were even trees growing in it and huge frogs and toads had made it their home. The liner and pool cover had fallen to the floor. It was a mess. Joe accepted the challenge and the results were amazing. Joe is a perfectionist, he wants his customers to be happy with his service and I am one happy customer. From the start of the project through the end, it was seamless to me but Joe and his team worked relentlessly, always showing up as expected, never leaving without cleaning up for the day, explaining the process as he went, meticulous about measurements, giving recommendations (for example, he recommended we replace the light in the pool and I'm glad we did), finishing before expected and finally turning the worst looking pit into a beautiful pool. Great job!

After having our pool liner replaced several years ago by "the best" in our local area, it had to be drained and repaired twice before installation was complete. Itnever seated right and caused additional damage. This time, we found Shark Pools on Home Advisor, and had him come out to give us a quote. We were and are extremely impressed with not only the cost, but also with the attention detail,service after the sale, and above all, quality of the work done!!!!!! Our pool is beautiful and we know that it will last for years! We also know that should we have any questions or concerns, that Joe will take care of us! He also stands behind his workmanship!!!! Quality is 2nd to NONE!!!!!!! We would highly recommend this company!

We can't thank Joe and Shark Pools enough for the speedy service. We opened our pool just before Memorial Day to discover the liner had sprung a leak resulting in almost complete water loss and the necessity of replacing the liner. Others we contacted before Shark Pools advised it would be mid-June or later before they could get to us. We found Shark Pools through Home Advisor. Joe answered immediately, yes he could help us right away. Joe came out the next day measured for the new liner, ordered the liner, it arrived within a week. Joe and his helpers arrived on time, removed and bagged up the old liner, installed the new liner, new skimmer and jet plates. We can't thank Joe enough for his speedy, and expert service. Definitely recommend Joe and Shark Pools - 5 STARS!

Joe and his team did a great job. I was expecting the liner to be in 2 weeks after joe ordered it. To my surprise the liner came in in less that a week. Joe and his folks were a pleasure to work with and the new pool liner look fantastic.
