Total customer dissatisfaction: This was supposed to be $100 for a cleaning and a 12 point inspection. He didn't even know what the liner was that I had put in a few years ago. I've had over 8 emails. I keep asking for a copy of the invoice - they provide one that is not itemized.
Hi Earl, thank you for your feedback. We did send over the invoice detailing the work completed at your home, but we will gladly resend it in case you did not receive it. The cleaning and inspection service is priced as stated; however, if during the inspection the technician identifies any issues that require attention to properly maintain the chimney, those are explained to the customer. Only upon the customer?s approval do we proceed with any additional work. We appreciate your time and are happy to review everything with you if needed.
I am feeling your shysters, because number one, their worker that made the offer to him. He did not leave the proposal so that was written on the bottom of the invoice for doing the chimney sweep. He never left a copy of it well, that is the biggest thing you know. Without that, I have no proof, and they are refusing to honor what was said.

Chuck, the representative from Shamrock professionally cleaned my woodburning chimney and also installed an insert into and repointed my gas chimney, making my home safer for heating during the winter months.
