Brad is a very professional and knowledgeable businessman. He was very thorough and explained the issue to us, he gave us options, prices, and was punctual. He will now be out A/C GO TO GUY. He took great care to protect our floor and possessions and cleaned up after he was done. He is a very personable guy and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs any kind of A/C or heating work done. He did a great job for us!

We had Brad and his team replace the duct work on our house. Brad and his crew are professional and hard working. They are a first class company at Service Tec One and they are first class people who many times go above and beyond what was needed. I hired Service Tec One to repair my A/C that wasn't blowing cold as well as making a high pitched noise. I called on a Sunday evening and they were able to come out Monday morning. They inspected the unit and added freon, feeling that this would fix my issue. While the air did seem to be blowing colder, the noise in the inside unit continued a couple of day later. I called and they came out just a few hours later to inspect the issue. They were able to find an air filter in the attic unit which should not have been there and had not been changed for years! They removed this and did additional inspections to ensure everything was working properly. They suggested possible repairs of replacing the motor but said "I don't know for sure if that is even a problem at this point so I wouldn't want to charge you to fix something you don't have to." In addition, they didn't charge me fore this follow up service. Brad and his crew was polite, courteous, and professional and I would highly recommend them and plan to use them for any future issues.

We normally go with a couple of estimates on big jobs but we knew immediately these were the guys to perform the work. The entire crew kept us informed throughout the entire process.
