I painted all of my cabinets in kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, and fireplace mantle. Everything was completed in a timely manner and it was quality work. Mike was great to work and communicate with.

They were punctual , friendly and even fixed a problem of where I had opened the wrong slot for the electrical, very friendly will use them again ð

Michael Mitchell Service Pro we get it done has taken advantage of my situation on 03/16/2022. I have paid over $10,000 to have repairs in my house. Michael has left cut blade marks on my front porch from cutting wood. Unpainted trim in living areas. Paint sprayed on trim and new floors. He had left large gaps in shower that will lead to water damage if not corrected. Doors will not close right after he installed. Michael is not a quality crafts man as he led me on to believe. My husband had just passed away in August 2021 and Michael Mitchell owner of Service Pro we get it done has taken advantage of my situation. Work has not been completed... He is misleading the elderly and false representation in service quoted.

Bottom line: DO NOT HIRE. I hired Mike (Jan, 2022) to remove the acoustic popcorn textured ceiling and paint the ceiling in my living room. I had to stop him midway, after he started painting because the texture was so poorly removed that it was as if it was not done at all. I asked him to scrape off all of the wet paint (that we provided) and redo the removal. The majority of the ceiling texture was removed and then he repainted the ceiling. In the end, there were numerous textured spots left and he used a spray gun to paint the ceiling, which resulted in paint all over our window trim, walls dripping with wet paint, and spray residue on our chimney (he completed almost no prep work to prevent the inadvertent paint less). The sheer unprofessionalism was astounding. I showed him an example of a room that I, a novice home renovator, completed as the benchmark and he wildly underperformed. The worst $600 I have ever spent. And, I am going to have to redo the entire project myself. Steer clear or be prepared to watch over him like a hawk while he works. We also asked his price to remove an old ceiling fan and replace a new one - $140 which is exuberant; we chose to do it ourselves, obviously. We will never be recommending his work to anyone.

He was hired to install a new door in my office and add french doors. Both were accomplished, but no attention to detail. The door that was installed was not inspected for defects because the door was warped and barely closed correctly when told of this he made quick adjustments that made the door barely close correctly.
