I called on a Friday night, needing to get my carpet cleaned. I got a call from a young man who agreed to come the next day. He came and I wasn't ready so he agreed to come back in a couple hours. He came and did a great job. He was courteous and personable. I definitely will recommend this company.

Returned my call promptly to schedule service . Very personable . Arrived when they said they would . Excellent job cleaning the carpet. Removed a stain others had not been able to. Price was much less than I expected. I recommend them highly.

I called Mark here in Eugene and he came in about 1 1/2 hours. We had a emergency situation and he really helped us out. He came quickly and did a fantastic job.
