They were able to come a little bit earlier than expected, which I was perfectly okay with. Several of my outlets hadn't been working and I needed a pro to figure out what was going on. They were able to pinpoint and resolve the issue in less than an hour. A few negative things: they knocked over some things in my garage and just left the mess, one of them was not wearing a face covering (we're in the middle of a viral, upper-respiratory pandemic... Come on, man!), the one who apparently had seniority told me there withe be a charge just to identify the problem where the woman I spoke to before scheduling the visit said it would be a free inspection. He did honor that what the lady told me, but I thought that was strange that they didn't both tell me the same thing. Overall, the problem was fixed and in a timely manner, I would recommend.

Chris and his crew did an excellent job and were very professional installing a new light figure outside and replacing all plugs and light switches throughout the entire house. I highly recommend this company and will use them to install new ceiling fans at a later date.
