The whole process was straightforward. Champion AC responded quickly and had the electrician out at my earliest convenience. After seeing what needed to be done and what parts were needed, the work was scheduled for the following day. The work was performed as planned with no surprises, no delays.

It was a very good experience They took care of the problem fixed it and I learned a lot.

The inspection was thoroughly professional and comprehensive. We've scheduled them to do extensive work updating our 40 year old house.

Projects were to repair a GFI circuit that was down, and to install a smoke detector. Champion responded to my query within one day and was ready/able to provide me a technician within two days. The tech showed up on time, was very ready to listen to my problems (two tasks), and was able to fix both problems within an hour. Technician was very easy to talk to, presented himself very professionally, explained what he was doing at each step, and left me very comfortable with his work. Sounds very normal but not so easy to come by these days. Overall, very satisfied with his work.

Very fast in taking care of it since happened over the weekend and they send out somebody that same Saturday and then they send it out on Monday to took care it and everything went smoothly.
