Write a ReviewSo we have a problem with this installation and this vendor is not cooperating to fix a problem with this brand new install. Not only did he not complete signoff which we needed for maintaining our warranty but the testing they did was designed to make us believe it was working when it was not. When we tried to get him out again he pretended to be super busy and all booked out when in reality he did not want to come out on a job he was not getting paid for because we already paid him! In good faith! Under the impression this was a reputable company that would back up their work knowing full well it was a brand new super expensive installation where most of the work was done by my contractor and all they had to do was connect the handlers, test the system and certify it. They would not certify it and made excuses but never returned. It never worked. We can not get them back out to fix it because they've already received payment. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE.
We never met Ms. Carren S. We met with Mr [Consumer Name Removed], who introduced himself as the general contractor for the job. He provided an AC kit that he had purchased for us to install. We did the installation, and the system was cooling. We did the standard checks, and there were no leaks. We have documentation and pictures of the measurements performed. After we had left, the customer performed some work on one of the air handlers to make it flush against the wall. We received an urgent call on Monday, 09/30, threatening to sue us if we did not show up that day. We were able to get a tech there the next day. However, due to the circumstances, the customer indicated that the work needs to be done right away because it's a new Airbnb, and renters will show up on Friday. Issues could have been with the AC itself, which we did not provide, or the customer activity after we had checked everything. It was beyond the scope of the original completed work. We were booked and could not do all the work immediately. We can sign off on the installation we did.

Got it all done in one day. Clean in and out. Equipment was available on island so was able to get the job done quick and easy. Also got awesome $1000 rebate through hawaii energy right off the top through them, saved a bunch of money. Just ask them if you quality, depends on your existing system and what you change it out to.
Really enjoyed working with them. Technician taught me a couple tips and tricks.
He did do a good job. but I had to call and ask when he was coming to repair the washing machine. He had the part and said he would be right over. I think is was VERY expensive for labor, but that's how it goes on an island.
.although it was too costly to repair my refrigerator (i will get a new one) they were punctual and I had no problems getting the job scheduled in a reasonable time....
They don't know what they're doing. They are hideous in their workmanship. it took 7-8 times to get it fixed right and he gets mad bche only gets paid once.
Very pleased to have Bob on island to help us out. Very good customer communication from both him and the office staff.
