I always ask for a specific electrician: Eric Tingle. Eric is always on time. He couldn't be friendlier. Explains everything as he goes along so I can understand what is being done. He had a trainee, Alex, with him. He pointed out to him little things that make a job go from good to great. Little things that I might not notice but Eric is a true professional and wants everything to be the best it can be.

The electrician was friendly. He explained each situation as he inspected our electrical system. He answered questions and was very patient with us. And he was here when he said would be! We had Sentry out years ago and will call them again when necessary.
