I just wanted to express how SELIG stands by their fantastic warranty. I had some big picture windows replaced by them last fall and shortly later a bird flew into one of them and cracked the outer pane. Figuring that SELIG would procrastinate on fixing it since I didn't finance I just paid in full, I called and left a message. I was happily surprised by a return call stating they wud put in the order for a new window and would be out to install it when it arrived. (A 3 hour drive one way to my home for them) Kevin showed up promptly and replaced the whole window quickly with no questions asked. I was impressed and was left feeling much better about my investment. Thank you Kevin and SELIG!!

I ordered some windows last summer and they were installed just before winter hit. They were pricey but they are beautiful for sure. Well a couple months later a bird flew into one of my huge picture windows and cracked the outer pane. I figured since I had paid off the windows already I figured Selig would procrastinate on fulfilling their warranty. To my surprise they contacted me back quickly and within no time sent their very efficient installer, Kevin, and he replaced the whole window, no questions asked. I was impressed! A company that actually stands by their warranty....a rarity! Thank you SELIG!
