We had the best experience with this contractor for major exterior work on our home. The owner Sobi first came out to look over the multi faceted project. Our home is 50+ years old and a unique custom build. Many years of deferred maintenance led to extensive dry rot and a need to waterproof a very large roof deck. No contractor really wants to do this kind of work but not Sobi. He assured us that he has seen far worse and has solutions and ideas for our specific issues. This involved more of an investigative approach as he dove into a complicated drain pipe system that was built inside the walls. He found the issue and went to work replacing interior drain pipe connections, etc. He then addressed the extensive exterior dry rot. Some beams needed to be replaced, others could be salvaged. The other big issue, a huge roof deck that was leaking, Sobi had a solution that worked great for us, saving us money. He is very personable, professional, problem solver, just the best!

Responded fast to my need to fix dry rot on the exterior of our house. Fast detailed quote and excellent detail of the work needed, explained with many pictures. They found unexpected issues inside the siding and went "above and beyond" to investigate. Called me immediately, provided pictures live and asked permission to do additional repair work. In the end, work was done on time, clean, and excellent quality. Pictures and movies were provided at every stage of the work. I strongly recommend this team for high quality, trustful work on your house!

My elderly mom's 40+year old kitchen was in desperate need of repairs and a new look. The issue came to a head when the kitchen floor started to buckle, fortunately surfacing while I was visiting my mom. I live abroad so finding the right person who could both deal with the issues and guide my mom through the entire process was critical. After meeting Sobi, I felt much more comfortable leaving my mom with his careful and skilled hands in charge. Initially my mom agreed only to only repair the most needful but because Sobi made my mom feel so comfortable and was able to quickly gain her confidence (and mine) she decided it was time for the kitchen to be fully restored. Sobi helped in every aspect, from securing permits to going with my mom to make selections, to answering her repeat questions, all while also lifting her mood (despite all the disruptions that come with a full remodel)- he provided an end to end service par excellence. There was good transparency on all costs and communication was clear at every step. The kitchen looks beautiful and my mom is most satisfied. A needle in haystack experience : ) and shame I live abroad as I have a kitchen that could use his craftsmanship.

The owner, Sobi, is experienced and a true craftsman. Sobi installed pull down attic stairs in the hallway in our house. It was a white glove experience from beginning to end. He took time to understand what we wanted and ended up exceeding my expectations. He said he treats each project as if it were at his own house and that is exactly how I felt. He handled all the details by asking good questions then took care of every detail. Sobi is also patient, professional and respectful which makes him easy to have in our busy house. I can't say enough good things about Sobi. We will use his company for home improvement projects for years to come.

The repairs were much more detailed and extensive than drywall alone although that was done to perfection. This intricate repair of entry way water damage entailed matching and creating wainscoting molding, baseboards and upper molding as well as matching drywall, texture and paint and re installing and repairing base and top of a large column in a very visible entry area that if anything wasnâ t matched exactly it would be noticeable immediately.. Sobis detail, expertise and care matched everything perfectly. He also had one of the the cleanest workspace I have seen in any home repair. We were so hesitant and waited to do this project because we were so worried things would look patched in this large visible area but his work was so perfect you can not tell where there was any damage. We are so grateful. They are true artists. We are already planning our next project.

The quality of work that was done was simply amazing. Sobi was able to reconfigure three bedrooms, add two new bathrooms, and remodel a 3rd bathroom creating 3 en-suites. He has a high level of customer service and is very creative at solving complex construction issues. Through my career Iâ ve been involved with many contractors and I can tell you that Sobi is one of the best contractors that Iâ ve ever worked with.
