SM Concrete are a pleasure to work with! They laid the foundation for our garage and built our patio a year ago so when we wanted to side and trim our home we didnâ t hesitate to call them back. They are very easy to work with, accommodating, polite, respectful of property and exceptional service and work! Home is beautiful. Great bang for our buck. They did such an amazing job. We are so very happy with Sean and team and would recommend them as 10 out of 10 plus some! Thank you Sean and SM Concrete team!

Sean and his team are very polite and did an excellent job putting drainage pipes for my sump pump . Sean always give you solutions for every problem they encountered at no extra cost! They set up everything and coordinate with village about the project. Very nice guys and very professional. And I ask them again for another project and he will be back next week.

I cannot rave enough about SM Concrete! They were amazing from the estimate all the way through the end of the project. They helped take what I wanted and map it out so I could really see what it would look like. The final project is stunning and we couldnâ t be happier! My experience was absolutely terrific. They skillfully braced and lifted a 'structurally challenged' ~100 yr. old structure/garage that I wanted to save and poured me a new concrete foundation and floor to set it back down on. Work was done on schedule (the weather cooperated, thankfully) and exactly as requested. I'm extremely happy with the results. Excellent workmanship and a very professional crew. Thank you Sean!!

The team was friendly, knowledgeable and offered good advice on our project. We actually used them for some additional projects and have recommended them to others in our neighborhood . Sean and the crew were great to have working at our home and I would not hesitate to endorse them to others.

I hired this man to install a hot water heater. I waited two days, and when he showed up with the hot water heater, it was damaged. He stated he would not install it, and I agreed to not have it installed. He went to get a replacement and was advised by Home Depot that they had one, but they were looking for it. I was later advised they could not find it, but that the Camillus store had seven. That was the last thing I heard from this contractor. That was around 2pm that day, I texted him around 6 PM, having not heard back from him and asked if it was safe to assume that he had gotten the new heater and I would see him in the morning. Around 9 PM (3 hours later) that evening I received a text stating that he did get the water heater but he was dealing with a kid with Covid and I would have to find somebody else to do the job. I realize people get sick, but it was very unprofessional to not keep the homeowner in the loop and informed. I had then waited three days without hot water and was left with nobody to do the job.. I will not hire this man again.
