We have been using Nathan for a number of years. He has helped with a variety of projects. He has recommended hardware improvements as well as software issues. On his latest visit he: Squeezed us in after normal work hours. Fixed a complex issue where several programs were blocking one another and denying us access to the internet. Nathan also made some money saving suggestions on both an unnecessary and costly protection programs and on a hardware addition. He is really fast on solving problems and explains things simply for older individuals who are not up to speed with current computer technology.
