He replaced the rubber seal and went the extra mile to oil the mechanical parts and straightened out the seals on the side as well. He gave me options for the replacement seal as well. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He responded quickly to ascertain our location and schedule a time. He was very prompt and my dog loved him as well. LOL!

Scott was not only the best price of my 3 quote bid process but also helped get my broken garage door back down before I left for work for a week. He had the fastest lead time for the project and even fixed my opener motor for free (we thought it was fine going into the project). Scott is a great, honest, and efficient service and I canâ t recommend him enough!!!

I am a small business owner and appreciate the advantages a small business that has integrity experience and quality service can offer. After speaking with other companies and then speaking with Scott I realized the major difference right away. Scott did not charge an upfront service call and offered a free inspection and gave an exact cost for repair. He also has a wealth of experience and was able to set up an appointment the same day. Scott made the repair within an hour and checked both doors to assure good working order. Most companies had an upfront charge of $95 - $125 to come out and estimated $300 -$400 total. Many could not make it out for a couple of days. Scott completed the job same day completely satisfaction guaranteed for $150 total which was $50 less than his worst case scenario. All in all Scott's service was hands down the most complete from first contact to job completion and I would recommend him to anyone in his service area. Best value and best service. Thanks Scott!
