The contractor would not take responsibility for making everything back to the way they found it. They misadjusted the vent for my gas hot water heater, therefore I have been without hot water for a week. The contractor says this is not their fault and they have yet to correct the problem. Also, they did not re-attach the house boot for my electrical wires. I had to call Duke Power to get that done myself. Again, the contractor just said I am, not an electrician, and washed his hands of it. That said, the actual work appears to be of good quality.

run away , don't walk. Aroof leak on day when open skylight was not secured and then rained,severe leak around chimney when the mason he brought in left multiple gaps between stone and roof shingles . Stone stopped about 8' above shingles. his roofer blames mason , mason blames roofer and Scottie's answer is several tubes of caulk. Still not done right despite his promise even if he had to bring in another mason . Sheetrock ceiling is now sagging and popcorn is falling by chimney and awful water stains around skylight . He said he would take care of it but never did. also charged $300 for overweight dumpster when first one went out less than half full even after he unloaded trash from another job from the bed of his pickup and a 5 foot pile of shingles on the driveway. That all went into the second one which WAS overweight. Screwed up scheduling . Iwas there the entire time and saw it all go down. Add in a flat mower tire from a NEW roofing nail among other things . He says he didn't get texts but then answers later on on the same thread we had been using . I've saved all texts and pix for complaint to be filed with Home Adviser. He seems to think that if you don't call him a liar to his face that you believe his line of BS . I haven't heard from him in over a month despite his assurances that he would make things right. In h is last conversation he wanted ME to pay for any additional stone needed to finish chimney !! As I said ... RUN AWAY , DON'T WALK , RUN !!!!

We are extremely happy with our new roof. We had structural damage...others walked away...didn't want the job. Scott & his team stepped up and helped us. Over & above great experience. Highly recommend this business. AAAAAAA++++++ big thumbs up

Great job quick and prompt great clean up after job.

They left a pallet of left over materials in my driveway. Job was completed on 2-19-2022. The pallet is still sitting in my driveway 3-8-20 Other than this item Scott and the crew were pleasant and did professional work.

Scott was great to work with, and the crew that came to do the work was excellent. They showed up early and stayed late, getting it done in one day. They thoroughly cleaned up afterwards, which we really appreciated. The roof looks great.

We are delighted with our new roof! Scott is knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. When there was a supplier glitch with our shingles, he almost moved mountains to get the job completed the week it was promised. He made sure our partially completed roof was protected against a storm with multiple inches of rain. His installers were outstanding. They worked really hard, were friendly and cheerful with us and each other, and completed the job in two days. Scott's price for our job was several hundred dollars less than a competitor proposed.

Scott is easy to communicate with and strives hard to give you a good experience. Workmanship seams to be high guality and a fairly large roof only took 2.5 days to complete.
