If I could give a rating higher than 5, I would. They gave us step by step instructions on what would be done, they showed up on time, kept everything neat, and they gave us a sharp looking fence that will last. Do not go anywhere else, these are the guys you want.

Thomas and his guys went above and beyond my expectations. The price was right and the communication was great. I will definitely be hiring them for my next landscaping job.

one star very unprofessional went to the sight give a qoute, qoute was accepted requested %50 before starting. Figure out a way to get him %50 as I wasn't there it was not easy he stopped turning messages and calls. The day he was supposed to show up he said it wasn't big enough job for him to bother with. Completely unprofessional. His wife is very uncooperative as well. Do not use. Rustic.

I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN SPRINGFIELD, ILL., AGAINST CARISSA & THOMAS JOPLIN OF SCENIC SERVICES, LLC. SCENIC SERVICES, LLC THOMAS & CARISSA WAS PAID $19, 000 BY OUR INSURANCE COMPANY FOR WORK THAT SCENIC SERVICES, LLC, THOMAS & CARISSA REFUSED & DID NOT COMPLETE. ALSO, WE PAID FOR 2 WALKWAYS THAT WERE POORLY DONE WHICH HAS CAUSED MY 71-YEAR-OLD WIFE TO FALL TRYING TO WALK ON THE WALKWAY THAT THOMAS JOPLIN OF SCENIC SERVICES, LLC INSTALLED & THE PAVER PATIO IS FALLING APART IN LESS THAN 12 MONTHS. I'M A 70-YEAR-OLD VIETNAM VETERAN & MY WIFE IS A 71-YEAR-OLD RETIRED HOSPICE NURSE. WHY DO PEOPLE TREAT THE ELDERLY IN THIS MANNER? I HOPE CARISSA & THOMAS JOPLIN ARE PLEASED WITH THEIR LIFE, ONE DAY YOU BOTH MAY BE SENIORS, WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE TREATED UNFAIRLY, EXPLOIT, ABUSED FINANCIALLLY, TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF? I HAVE BEFORE & AFTER PIC OF THE WALKWAYS & PATIO.

Thomas and his crew do a great job! Highly motivated, hard working, and great clean-up afterwards. I've hired them twice, and I would do it again. Highly recommend.

Thoms Joplin and his team at Scenic Services LLC are extremely professional, and efficient. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my sod project. They worked diligently around the rainstorms to complete the job in a timely manner. Thomas kept me updated during the entirety of the project of any weather delays. I have to say this company has out done themselves. I understand that these projects are costly but they donâ t rip you off and their pricing is very fair. They are honest, the work is amazing, they were flexible with my work schedule, they showed up early and worked in the rain too. My family and I are super happy with our deck!! I will continue to use their services for all of our home projects!!

There's alot of stray dogs in my neighborhood and walking my dogs was rough so we really needed a fence so we could let them out in peace and not worry about anything did some shopping around and glad I found them! The price was reasonable, and the customer service was top tier. Will definitely work with them again and telling everyone I know about them

Thomas and his team did a pretty good job in my landscaping area. They were very kind and professional and would recommend them if you have a project to do in your house.
