They listened to us. They explained things well. The energy audit was thorough and meticulous. They haven's started insulation work yet.

I was very happy with their fast professional service. They called me right back and showed up as promised. The entire team seemed very professional and courteous. They were very easy to work!

Work involved removal of asbestos vermiculite and abandoned duct work from the attic and new blown in insulation, air sealing and energy audit. Steve, Julia and crew were punctual, professional, knowledgeable and maintained a clean/safe work site. Highly recommend them!

Steve was very helpful and worked with me explaining everything. I won't know if the blown in insulation is doing its job til it gets cold but the Saunders staff got the job done in a timely manner. I really glad I contacted them to so the work for me.

Some of this is difficult to answer because I'm not up in my attic looking at or understanding everything that was done. The people who did the work were very hard-working, explained things, and educated us along the way.

We contracted Saunders to remove Vermiculite from our attic and thereafter air seal and re-insulate. We were very happy with the work as well as the customer service. Steve came to give us an estimate very promptly and then was able to schedule the work within a couple weeks. He was very informative regarding recommendations for a better energy efficient home, yet did not pressure us into any purchases. Afterwards they even helped us do an Energy audit in order to qualify for Focus on Energy incentives. We couldn't be happier with Saunders Insulation and will definitely call them for future projects!
