Great experience great team would use again.

The Peak Renovations team did an amazing job on both of our upstairs bathrooms (before and after pics attached). They demo'd, tiled, painted, exchanged fixtures, and fixed existing issues and imperfections. They helped us to add character and value to our otherwise builder grade rooms. We're so happy with the quality of work and will work with them again.

I couldn't recommend them enough. They are very easy to get along with and will work with whatever schedule or circumstances are unique to your situation. I had them renovate a portion of my house and it has turned out better than I was hoping.

We started out with wanting a bathroom remodel and ended up having a major redo. The original bathroom remodel included 3 bathrooms, a laundry room and beautiful walk-in closet. We were so impressed by the results, we decided to go all out and do a kitchen and converted a closet area to a pantry. We were so pleased with that, that we had Dan design and build out our kit like sunroom into an all season room. It’s obvious we have trusted Dan with our home and have no regrets.

We are remote owners of properties in Asheville, NC and Western NC. We needed a full remodel (flooring, baths, redo double story deck, kitchen, interior design elements) of a hilltop house. Dan very quickly went from being a general contractor to becoming our trusted partner in our real estate journey. As remote owners, we had to be super selective in choosing a partner we could trust. Right from the beginning the clarity, transparency, and professionalism we observed in his interactions allowed our mutual trust to grow very quickly. He delivered what he said and our confidence very quickly knew no bounds. He guided us with making good long term choices for our house like choosing He sent us regular updates and pictures as work progressed. We never once were left in doubt as to how the work is progressing. Unprompted he would come up with ideas to better the project and we loved that innovative thinking. He goes out of the way to help remote clients like us. Never once did we feel hobbled being remote. What you see is what you get with, Dan. He very quickly become our local eyes and ears for the property and other trades. No task was out of scope of him. As we furnished our house, we asked him to pick up a TV here or a couch there, and he'd say, "I got it". We never heard the word, "No" from him for anything we asked. One specific illustrative experience: Our interior designer had designed a wood batten accent wall for the master bedroom but we just coulldn't find the right materials to execute it. Dan said, "I got this." He went out of his way to find the right materials and hand built the beautiful wood pattern (see the Master Bedroom picture) on his own time (mind you he didn't give us a cost or estimate) working multiple evenings just driven by his passion to execute our vision.. He sent us a picture of the completed work and we were just blown away. in essence, he has become a trusted partner and we are eagerly looking to do more Western NC projects with him. We are now confidently planning another major expansion of the Asheville house just because we found Dan. He's truly a diamond level partner for anyone interested in Western NC real estate.

Dan did a bathroom, laundry room and closet renovation for us. The entire process took longer than we expected because workers were in short supply, but we are very pleased with the results.

DAN AND HIS CREW DID GREAT WORK COMPLETING A PORCH, REPLACING A GARAGE DOOR WITH A SLIDING GLASS DOOR, REBUILDING STAIRS ON A BACK DECK AND REPLACING FLOORING. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE CRAFTMANSHIP AND CLEANLENESS OF WORK SITE. THE ONLY THING THEY COULD IMPROVE ON WOULD BE TIMELINESS OF WORK COMPLETION. THEY WERE UNABLE TO FINISH BY AGREED DEADILNE. OTHERWISE, WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE COMPLETED PROJECT. WE WOULD RECOMMEND OTHERS CONTACT THEM IF YOU HAVE BUILDING NEEDS. WE WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN FOR OUR NEXT PROJECT

Reliable and efficient work! They did a bathroom remodel for us in 3 days for an affordable price.They were also very clean. We are happy and will definitely use them again for future work!
