Was very reliable. Tito did an excellent job and was so dependable and such a gentleman. The business transaction went very smoothly and Mr. Cardenas was quite the gentleman. He showed me via pictures what had to be done and was very reasonable. I'm very satisfied#job well done.

I'm a retiree on a fixed income. My garage had 55+ year old siding that was desperately needing replaced. I found Sam on Home Advisor and requested an estimate. Sam was the consummate professional. He listened to my circumstances, my budget and discussed options with me for the job at hand. I really liked everything about Sam and hired him to do the job. Jesus, his Project Manager was equally as nice and over saw the job. I'm really pleased with the out come. They went above and beyond with this job and I felt like I was part of his family. I can't recommend S&R enough. If I could rate them a 10, I would. If you've got a project coming up and want someone you can trust to do the job right.. you owe it to yourself to call Sam.

The repair work on our roof was done quickly and great. Neighbors who were out of town when the work was done were amazed ... the new roofing matches perfectly with the shingles almost 20 years old.!!
