Had a small job I needed done on short notice. Leo worked with my timing so I could coordinate with an electrician. He came in at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him. The work was performed on a flat rubber roof

I can’t speak to the job itself because I didn’t have them do work but I had to write a review. I thought I could have a leak in my rook due to paint discoloring. Leo called immediately after posting here and set up a estimate the next business day. He arrived and looked at my attic and roof. Found no source of a leak and couldn’t find any repair that was needed. Appreciated the timeliness and honesty and would definitely call them again if I needed roof work!

Leo of S&M is top notch! Second time I've used him fpor a roof leak repair. Came out fast both times and took care of it right away. I will be hiring him in the spring to re roof my main house.
