This pool company fixed a difficult problem we had with our spa heating up whenever it filtered. He is dedicated to his work and is fair in his prices for service and parts. I am quite relieved to have a pool company I can trust.

Hired Mike for pool maintenance in April and he seemed very confident in his work. He charged almost double of what my last pool person charged but because of his confidence we decided to give him a shot. I now wish I didn?t waste my time. There were times he would come talking on the phone spend 5 minutes on the pool and leave. After brining this to his attention he apologized and we gave him another shot. Then at the end of May when we received our invoice, he added $45 extra for items we already owned. He didn?t communicate at all just added the extra cost. When I asked him about this he discontinued our service. Two months! That?s all it took him to quit a service for not holding up his end of the agreement which was to discuss with me if there were extra costs needed to service our pool. Don?t waste your time.
