They did a great job installing a new hot water heater in 2015. In 2021, I noticed water at the base of the tank (possibly a problem with the drain valve). I filled out the online service request form but did not hear back. In the past three weeks, I have called the service line, and cell phone number listed on their profile several times. I was able to leave a message once (approximately two weeks ago). All other times the voice mailboxes have been full. I have not received any response to the online service request form, nor the phone message I left. It is disappointing and frustrating to spend 1k on a hot water heater, but then simply not to be able to reach anyone or get a callback. If the business is shuttered or overwhelmed for any reason, it would be professional and appropriate to post a message to that effect, at the very least.

We have been calling on San Angelo since we moved out here 10 years ago, whenever we have a plumbing issue. Replace grinder, replace hot water heater, upgrade outside faucets, repair toilet, install water line for refrigerator. Each and every time they have gone above and beyond. Gianni always goes the extra mile to make sure its done right. Highly recommend.

They responded right away to my online inquiry. They explained what they would do and what it would cost, with no, on sight, at their mercy, add on costs, on the phone. They are experienced enough to know exactly what it will cost. The owner's brother and helper did the installation, were on time, (actually a bit early but that was ok with me!) efficient, wore their booties, and made sure they were careful in taking the heater to the basement, cleaned up the work area, and removed the old heater with the same care as the new. I had a very high estimate $1350 to a low estimate of $859 and they came in at $1050 for a 6 yr 40 gal Bradford White. I went with San Angelo because he was middle of the road in estimates, explained the pricing upfront and was available the next day when I was off work and wanted the job done. I'm not used to having to use outside labor to repair things and I will say it is a shock to find out how much the installation labor costs. Seems to be done by the job rather than by the hour these days and It really does add a huge chunk to overall costs. But it is what it is...........

We hired San Angelo Plumbing to do all of the plumbing for our house construction. They did a great job. Recently we have had several problems with our hot water heater secondary to water line flushing by the city. I've been impressed with San Angelo Plumbing for responsiveness/quality/price in regards to these repairs. I would recommend them without hesitation.

We have had them out for multiple issues (all different root causes on different plumbing issues). Their service and expertise is fantastic. Their pricing more than fair. They also answer their phone on the weekends, which, anyone who has had a spontaneous plumbing problem knows that anything that spews water or sewage is not something that easily waits until Monday. We can not be more grateful.
