Very easy to work. Crew was very professional and did quality work. Needed to have the stairs done but the bottom three steps are curved, laminate vinyl doesn't really curve so worked had to square off the bottom three steps before laying laminate. He did a great job.

We used Sam's Floors for a front entry tile and master bedroom hardwood flooring project. We were also wanting to paint several rooms and our kitchen cabinets. Sam's quoted us a price for all of the work together. In an effort to minimize the hassle of multiple contractors and at an extremely competitive price, we started work. We communicated very specific timeframes we had for the entire project (4 weeks) and told it would be completed much sooner than that. We picked tile and flooring quickly, and they began work. The tile entry was completed in less than 2 days. There was tile removal in the master, that also took 2 days. They subcontracted the paint project and I repeatedly asked our project manager with Sam's, Dia, when/how we should go about selecting paint. He said the subcontractor would bring samples and recommend colors/brands. The subcontractor was unaware they were supposed to bring samples, so we worked together to pick colors quickly while they prepped the workspace. The entire paint project was flawless (thanks to the subcontractor). However, Dia required that I pay the painter directly (unbeknownst to the painter). We had already put 50% down with the other 50% due at completion. After paying the painter directly, we then had paid for over 93% of the project, which was not complete. The flooring in the bedroom looked wonderful, except that there was unfixed damage on the walls from the installation and the baseboards were carelessly put on. It took 2 weeks to repair minor holes in the drywall. Dia first suggested 4 in baseboards to cover it up. When it was realized that still wasn't tall enough to cover the damage, the recommendation was 6in baseboards rather than patch the wall. On multiple occasions, Dia would tell me that a contractor was coming at a certain time on a day and no one would show up at all. He would then call me to see if they showed up and tell me that he told me it would be tomorrow, which didn't happen and makes zero sense. My phone calls and texts would go unanswered. When trying to pay them their remaining 7%, I would be told to come by the store, then to not come by the store and they would stop by and then no one did. After being told they don't work holidays (which I get), they made sure to stop by unannounced on a holiday to get their 7%. There was a general lack of professionalism and willingness to communicate. If it weren't for the excellent work (and communication) from the subcontractors on this project, I would have given fewer stars.

I would recommend this company 1 million times. The entire process was so easy. I went on Home Advisor looking for floor installation and not long after Sam called me. I set up an appointment that same day to look at their flooring samples. This was on Saturday. My floors had to be demoed with laminate and tile. The guys had my floor demoed in 1 day and they will be done today!!! I am beyond happy with their customer service. Dia is the gentleman I dealt with at the store and who came to my house. I called him today to thank him for the amazing work they did. The price is VERY affordable and both Sam and Dia have top notch customer service!!! Thank you Dia and Sam for all you have done :) We will definitely be back for more stuff!
