Sam did a great job on all the repair items on my list except one and that one was to be subcontracted to a painter he knew. (I was supposed to get an estimate on that job a couple of days after Sam finished the initial work and I never heard back from either of them!). My only critique was that he didn't stay in contact with me, and before he started I had to call him and ask if he still wanted the job. I do want to reiterate that the quality of Sam's work was excellent, the work was completed quickly, the cost was very fair, clean-up was good and he was easy to work with. I would recommend him. First of all Sam was on time. Second his team was on time and very friendly and courteous. The quote I received from Sam was very reasonable. He took the time to explain what they were going to do and how they were going to the project. His crew, after the project was completed, showed me what they did ask if I was satisfied and I happy with job. They also cleaned up after the project was finished. I would not hesitate to hire Sam' Building Solution again.

I met Mr. Alvarez and he was very nice, he gave me a fair quote. When it came time for him to do the project he never showed up, I have been trying to call him for the last 2 weeks and have not been able to reach him. When we first met I gave him an L-bracket and the instruction manual for the project I needed built, he still has these items and I now need them back for the next person to help me assemble the garage. I hope that he is ok, I thought he was a really nice guy when I first met him, each time that I call his inbox is full so i fear something may have happened to him.
