Brad was amazing. Walked us through the entire inspection process with him (close to 3 hours, in a good way!). He was more than happy to answer any questions that we had, pointed things out, and took pictures of everything. We asked honest questions and he gave honest answers. We simply couldn't have asked for a better experience. Extremely, knowledgeable, professional, and personably. If I could give him 6/5 stars I would.

Brad was very responsive, open and honest about his services, how to meet my needs and friendly. He was flexible with scheduling and I felt good about him putting me as the customer first. Brad was highly detailed in his inspection, his perspective was professional and unbiased, he gave quite a number of recommendations and also things to think about in the future. I liked his use of the drone which showed he was up-to-date with his equipment and current on the technological needs of his profession. My wife and children felt comfortable around him which was a plus for me. Brad is the quintessential neighborly, local contractor who provides excellent service and I would hire him again and recommend him highly to anyone looking for a qualified home inspector.
