Brad gave a great quote, made himself readily available with a last minute appointment. Went through everything slowly and made sure I understood what the problem was and even gave recommendations on how to address the problem. And the report was easy to understand.

When I contacted Brad from Safe 'Nspect he was willing to easily accommodate my schedule & gave me a clear non-complicated idea of what the home inspection was going to cover. A follow up email (same day of first contact) included the inspection agreement with easy to understand details of what we talked about. The report was organized, had clear pictures, detailing information about my home from roof to floor, room to room, interior to exterior, water heater, A/C & Heat system it was all in there & then some. It was information that I normally would not be interested in but I was, I think because it was not over done or had a bunch of nonsense. Today I feel my home is safe & free of worry/stress.
