Work looks ok, but I was expecting a little better prep of the area before the pour( such as compacting the ground after making the forms so the bottom of the slab would have a cleaner more uniform look. Used a lot of my dirt for fill material from all over my back yard. Did install drains along one side of my house(at a cost) and put in an extra one on the day of the pour that I thought of last minute(for free, I supplied the materials). I work till evening, so just got to see it in the day time for the first time this afternoon. kind of bummed.. Was expecting better work for $3710. Shane is still a pretty good guy just go over the details!

SHANE IS VERY ATTENTIVE AND HE MAKES SUGGESTIONS WHICH HAVE IMPROVED OUR ORIGINAL PLANS. HIS PEOPLE DO CRAFTSMAN LIKE WORK IN AN EXPEDITIOUS MANNER.

I selected S.T.K Construction because, from the outset, Shane K. Was very professional, yet responsive to my contact and needs. He also gave me a very fair price.... Much better than the other estimates I received. The work itself progressed smoothly and on schedule. Shane worked with me when I wanted to make changes to the original plan for the concrete steps. The end result is better than I had expected. I would highly recommend S.T.K. Construction and thank Shane for the excellent concrete work. I look forward to contacting Shane again for my other projects such as retaining wall, patio cover etc. Thank you

The project is not 100% complete. We are waiting for the concrete and overlay to cure, then they will come back and stain and seal it.

I do not rate many contractors this high, however, they did a better job than expected. I received the quote on time, had the work done on time, and he was always available by phone to answer questions. Better than I expected on all counts!

My concrete is cracking already, should it be????

All Concrete will crack. We make sure to do everything possable to prevent the concrete from cracking, such as rebar,fiber stealth mesh, and control joints.
