Steve was quick and thorough. He removed my central vacuum and cleared the area of all debris. On top of that, he provided valuable insight into air and water purification systems. I will be taking him up on some new equipment in the future and would recommend Steve to anyone!

Although no sale for Steve, he walked me through troubleshooting my Aerus Electrolux non-working central vacuum. We exchanged a few emails, he gave me some tips. I followed his guidance and now my unit is working! He lost a $700 sale, cause I didn't need a replacement, but gained a customer!

Steve Pace did an outstanding job of replacing two mid-1980's Central Vacs with a MD Vacuum single unit which covers the entire house. He was a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend him if you have a central vac service need or for a new installation.

STEVE, the representative did an amazing job, we had a 14-year-old model and he refurbished and went out of his way to fix this VAC that had been company out of business for quite some time. He had the parts necessary and engineered the repair for a third of what a new one would cost, we are happy all worked out. Great sure glad I found on Aerus on Angie list. STEVE, the rep was so so knowledgeable and had such a zeal for the central vacc business. It’s nice to find people with passion.

Steve is very professional and behave like a true gentleman. Determine the problem very quickly.. My central vac. was an AirVac which in no longer in the market. He took the vac to his shop and he gave me a good assessment of the situation. Shortly after he confirmed what we discussed and he came back under his original ball park estimate.
