They were great! I highly recommend them for your home inspection! Rick was very thorough and knowledgeable! Rick was able to break things down for us to be able to understand, which was very helpful. Shelley was awesome with scheduling the home inspection and very responsive when I had any questions. We were very impressed with them! Again I highly highly recommend!!

Had them come and do a pre purchase home inspection on a home built in 1900. Lots of intricacies when looking at a home of this age that has been updated a time or two. Richard knew what to look for and was quite knowledgeable about older construction, as well as the newer parts of the home. The report was well written and very specific about the irregularities that were uncovered. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Richard communicated wonderfully pre-inspection, was very thorough with his assessment, and his report was easy to read and understand (which is a big deal to buyers!) He was also very fairly priced. Will definitely be using and recommending him in the future!
