Pedro and Alex are skilled diagnosticians, installers, and excellent communicators. I have used them twice. The first time get an estimate for a sump pump that I had been advised to install by a sales rep from a company we hired to encapsulate a crawl space. I called Sons of Glory and fully expected them to provide an estimate for the installation. Instead, after examining the basement, they suggested that there was little need for a sump pump as the water that had accumulated was restricted to a small area and would evaporate without damaging the understructure of our house. Wow! They could have told me that I needed the pump and I would have been out the cost of installing the pump and electrical circuit. Instead, they provided an honest assessment that saved me from an unnecessary expendure. And the kicker: They didn't charge me for the call out and the half hour they spent underneath the house. The second time I called Sons of Glory they repaired a lavatory faucet and cleaned up years of rust and mineral damage from a leak in the faucet. They also resolved a problem with a loud knock in the supply line in another bathroom. Pedor and Alex go out of their way to explain clearly what the problems are they find and the proposed solution. They are easy to work with, their prices are very competitive, and they are responsive. Highly recommended.
