The team at SLObispo Remodelers were first class start to finish. After getting the run-around from another company that cost us a grand and almost 5 months, everything changed with this great team of folks. From straight shooting for the estimate and our options to being communicative and on point with the start time to delivering first class craftsmanship, we could not be any more pleased with the work they did to build us a back deck and new fence. Check out the before/after. They will always be our first call from now on for all of our remodeling needs!

Nate and his team are very efficient. They are easy to work and communicate with. They are the best team to work with for any renovation or ADU project.

Can’t say enough about this team! My project manager, Paul was easily accessible and made sure that each phase went smoothly from one to the next, without a prolonged wait. Any concerns were addressed quickly. Devon’s attention to detail was AMAZING! Tile was laid out perfectly and we were using a large format tile that’s not easy to install. All of the team members were friendly and hard working and kept things as tidy as possible throughout the project. My only complaint is that we didn’t hire them for our previous home improvements! (Before and after photos, we are still moving back into the space)

Nate is amazing. He handled a major remodel of our upstairs area including new vinyl flooring, paint, electrical work, new lighting, and total bathroom make over, plumbing and all. He did this with minimal supervision or communication from us as we were out of town for the whole project. He was on time, on budget, and made the place look great. Totally recommend for your project.

They were very professional and experienced; skillfully solving unexpected issues with plumbing lines, uneven flooring, grout/tile work, hanging doors. I like how they communicated everything to me clearly, sent pics. Manuel went above and beyond, I appreciated the little extras, you can tell he cares about the integrity of his work. Lots of contractors out there, but I trust this company and would recommend them highly.

Nate was fantastic and professional. Had a leak in the roof. Nate came out and repaired. After the next rain there was still a small leak for an unforeseen issue(not Nateâ s fault), and Nate came out, identified the issue, and fixed it for good without any further charges!! I plan on continuing using Nate for his expertise and professionalism for our future projects. Thanks again Nate!!
