Before the crew, Jadon, Devin and Wade, showed up, Jadon texted their arrival time. Any time there was a question or information that needed to be conveyed Jadon kept me informed as to what was happening and when it would happen. Jadon, Devin and Wade worked diligently to complete the job in one day. They discovered a small plumbing leak that I was able to get repaired by a plumber the next day. He calmed my fears and answered every question (some 2x). They never sent me pressured texts about discounts from salespeople I’d never met. Shored Up Showed Up! Chase Watkins , his foreman Ben and technician Jackson all worked together with the same mission in mind, I got great customer service, quality work, and all for a fair price. Chase worked my pool deck project in the minute a cancellation came up and the team showed up the next day. They not only did a great job but also advised me on how to avoid future problems. My encounter with Shore Up was just amazing! I was extremely well taken care of right from the start during our sales meeting with Chase. It was clear that he knew a lot about the needs of the house and that we appreciated that. Not to mention non-pushy but consistent follow-ups on satisfaction and needs, which put us at ease.
