Write a ReviewWe received verbal confirmation that our asbestos test was negative for the ceiling tile samples but have not received the written lab report yet (2 weeks). This is a minor complaint as i am sure they will mail it to us
I left a voice mail message for this company at 2 a.m. on a Sunday morning. I had a phone call from them at 8:00 a.m. on that same day! They stayed in touch with me and from beginning to end, we are very pleased with this company!
Scott Fisher and his team are exceptional! They went the extra mile in helping me remediate a home that was in poor condition. They were informative and positively engaged and were communicating with me regularly on our progress. Everyone i worked with on removing the mold from my home was professional. They were were concerned about me and family, making sure the mold was killed. They told me of ways to help keep the mold from coming back. Thank you for the work you did for me.
Morgan called back on memorial day which I was shocked about. Was able to come by and collect the samples the next day. Results came back in 5 business days. Very professional, great overall experience.
We experienced a bit of sticker shock at the cost but, how do you put a price on the health and well being of your family? All associates were friendly, extremely helpful, and courteous to a fault. Morgan and Scott were over and above helpful and answered all our questions. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Morgan and his team at SGS were very patient and understanding with me and my questions. They took their time to ensure my family and I have a safe enviornment to live in. They also gave me tips on how to keep the mold from growing and becoming a problem again. They were all so very friendly and professional and I will definitely hire them again for any future needs!!
We contacted SGS in December in order to determine the cause of excessive dust in our house emanating from our heating/AC ductwork and remedy the situation. This has been an ongoing issue that was not corrected by duct cleaning. They came out within a couple of days completely focused on the idea that we had a mold problem and took some samples. Testing showed that mold was not the issue and we were told that the Fresh Air Return was probably insufficient. We were told that they could connect us with someone who could determine what was needed. After multiple inquiries, they have been unable to find anyone to help us. We spent a lot of money for a few test samples and lab reports, with absolutely no plan to fix our dust problem.
We came out and did our mold test but discovered she had a dust issue that we tested as well due to a lack of fresh air coming into her HVAC system. I did explain to Peggy that adding a fresh air intake to her HVAC system was a bit outside of our wheelhouse but we would try to find a good HVAC company to fix her issue. Unfortunately, we could not get find anyone we knew willing to travel down to Muskegon. I called her back and told her about our dilemma but that we had a team member that has great HVAC experience that would be willing to come over at (no charge) to review her system and come up with a suggested fix and quote on us adding a fresh air intake. Peggy decided not to take me up on the offer. We wish Peggy and her Husban well and hope they find the help they need.
