SERVPRO of North Miami

My experience with Servpro North Miami was extremely disappointing. What should have been a straightforward restoration of a one-bedroom condo turned into a two-year nightmare. Throughout the project, communication was consistently poor, deadlines were repeatedly missed, and getting updates required constant follow-up on my part. The workmanship was subpar, with issues that should have been caught and corrected the first time. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail was frustrating from start to finish. The project manager was ineffective, unresponsive, and seemed unable to keep the job on track. Management was no better, showing little accountability or concern for the delays and ongoing problems. Taking two years to complete a one-bedroom condo is unacceptable

Stay as far away from these scammers as you can. They robbed me of my time, money, health, and time with family. I hired them summer of 2022 (at age 85) for a kitchen remodel due to mold removal. In December 2022, they told me the kitchen would be restored in 2-3 months. They submitted multiple permits that were denied and I had to visit building department MYSELF to learn that all permits were incorrectly submitted. I paid them a total of $9940 in 2023. During the ENTIRE TIME, I was without a working kitchen. By summer 2024, it was clear these people are incompetent liars who are unable to complete a job. I exchanged multiple emails requesting refunds of my money which were denied because they claimed to have completed building cabinets. I hired another contractor in September 2024 who was able to get permits approved on first past and complete the job by winter of 2025. He noted that every permit was flagged due to Servpro?s incompetence, so each permit required an inspector.

Omar, Harvin, and Melvin were great! They showed up on time and left my apartment looking amazing. I was concerned that the project would take weeks but they knocked it out in less than one! I highly recommend this company.

This company is very professional, they showed up at my house wearing mask and ready to work. they respected my home and it's contents, they covered all of my furniture and proceeded to remove sheet rock and carpets that were damaged from a freeze with busted pipe. After they completed the work they cleaned up behind themselves and made sure I was happy with the work .I would recommend them to everyone.

Professional team and great communication throughout the process. Informed me as to what needed to be performed and then executed it. Discovered an issue during the process and the team showed me and explained what need to be completed. Did my research and they were correct. Highly recommend Servpro of North Miami.
