We are absolutely thrilled with our new backyard oasis! Aaron, the owner and project manager of S&A Royalty and Shannen were incredible to work with from start to finish. They handled every detail—from securing all the permits and maintaining constant communication to coordinating the complex electrical work and integrated lighting. The craftsmanship on the gable roof is the real showstopper, and the TimberTech deck feels high-end and solid. The sunken hot tub and privacy wall create the exact secluded, spa-like retreat we were looking for. Like any major project, a few challenges popped up along the way, but Aaron and Shannen were on top of it—as problems arose, they were resolved quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this team!

The deck is done and it is lovely. They suggested good improvements to the look and it made it much better than the old deck. Love it. Cost was comparable to what we were quoted by other contractors, but they used a higher grade trex material. Overall very satisfied. Will work with them again if I need future work on the house.

The pro exceeded expectations

We recently had our deck rebuilt by S&A Royalty, and the results were fantastic. They incorporated several improvements, including a Rain Escape system for a dry area underneath, an LVO beam to reduce the number of columns, upgraded materials, enhanced lighting, and a new ceiling soffit. The only downside was that the project took three months instead of the promised three weeks. Despite the delay, we are thrilled with our beautiful new deck and look forward to enjoying it for many years.
