Sierra did a wonderful job and were so kind and helpful. I really appreciated the fact that they were able to do the job the same day as the assessment.

Martel was very professional and kept updated throughout the entire installation process. He answered all of our questions and made sure that we were 100% satisfied with the work performed.

I had Tyler come out to give me a second opinion, since Semper Fi Heating & Air Conditioning was out here and said that the condenser fan needed to be replaced. Tyler said, there is nothing wrong with it. I also just realized that Semper Fi also said, that the inducer fan motor needed to be replaced. Although, I just saw that. However, Tyler said that everything was in good working order and there was nothing wrong. Since it was a second opinion and it didn’t cost me anything, I’ll continue to use Sierra Air instead of Semper Fi. Tyler was very professional and very nice.

Jay was very good, excellent. Neat, clean, and thorough job. Explained every step and communicated well with us. So much so that we would like to request him to take care of us in the future.

Alex and Mark were both very professional and explained everything clearly every step of the way. They were both friendly and tenacious, resolving all my plumbing issues at once. I appreciate their time and dedication!
