Rusty was professional, kept in touch and made the appointment on the day and at the time he said he would...and he saved me several hundred dollars: he was to do a chimney insert, but, upon inspection, he said I didn't need one. He had it with him and could easily have installed it when it was unnecessary--he was honest and saved me money. I recommend him for any chimney work, and I will call him with it's time for chimney cleaning next year.

I also liked the fact that hie has certification to repair chimneys as well as clean them which then allow 2 services to be provided at one time.

We hired Rusty to repair our fireplace chimney because he seemed to know what he was doing. But months after the job was completed there was an all day rain storm and the chimney leaked. Called Rusty several times and left messages. No return call. When I finally reached him, he told me he was busy and would call me later. No call. Now about a year later the chimney still leaks when there is a bad rain storm and still no Rusty. My opinion is that you should hire someone else.

When people don?t want to spend the money to have something done the right way and they asked me oh can you just patch it and then a year later they wonder why it?s leaking. Spend the money upfront and have it all done at once the correct way the first time.

Came out and charge me a full price for a cleaning and did not clean at all. Said cleaning would not fix anything and that the inside was to thick and caked on.

We Gave this homeowner a $100 refund since they where unhappy with our services.
