Very courteous and prompt. We had a gas converted fireplace insert converted back to wood burning with an inspection and cleaning. Price was fair.

Unprofessional with lack of communication. Does not schedule or follow up. Also, there is no refund for work not done, I would suggest not to write a check only to use credit cards and my suggestion is not do to business with this person.

Response from Company:

This customer canceled on me to use another company after I bought materials for their job and had already completed their inspection and sweep, and I offered them $200 dollars back out of $600 and they declined to say they wanted $400 back when they owed me for 2 days of my time and my materials I had already purchased. I have worked with this client and all issues were resolved
