I should have contacted you directly long before now. I am grateful, not only for the fantastic design, but also for the render and video that you sent. All 5 stars here. I simply can't say enough on the quality and professional Rummy has delivered on every project. As we've worked with several companies over the years, I can honestly say Rummy has provided unmatched service and quality. The attention to detail and unique designs are a testimony to the effort she throws at every project. Her knowledge, tenacity, and understanding of how to not only move through the permit process and what building departments are looking for, has helped move our projects with her a a greater rate than other firms we've worked with. When given a choice, there's only one person I'd say 100% of the time we'd definitely chose her. Crummy we appreciate everything you've done for us and our clients. I bought a house in Clermont with a problematic layout. I was close to selling it, thinking it was too costly to fix. We even tried working with another architect, but we weren't satisfied with the design or the expenses involved. Then, Rummy stepped in, worked their magic, and transformed the space beautifully without breaking the bank. Thanks to Rummy, I've decided to keep the house.

We enlisted Rummy Dechner to design our ADU and JADU, situated in the right corner of our lot. The spacious area on the right side of our house can potentially serve as a driveway for the ADU, even though there's no curb cut currently. This space will function as a private walkway connecting the main house to the ADU and JADU. Rummy had an ingenious suggestion: create a workshop at the front, adjacent to the JADU and under the ADU. This forward-thinking approach allows us to plan for the future. When the time comes, we can easily add a new curb cut and transform the workshop area into a garage with an extended driveway for additional guest parking. Rummy's idea offers us incredible flexibility down the road. Thank you, Rummy!

  7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
